Terms and Conditions for Sakura Japanese Restaurant

Welcome to Sakura Japanese Restaurant ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and premises. By accessing our website, dining at our restaurant, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Note: "Sakura Japanese Restaurant," "Sakura Benbrook," and "Sakura Sushi & Ramen" refer to the same entity. 1. General Conduct
1.1 Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other patrons. Any disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.
1.2 We reserve the right to deny service to any customer at our discretion, especially in cases involving inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive conduct.
1.3 Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant. However, service animals are permitted as required by law.
1.4 Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Guns or firearms are not allowed inside the restaurant premises.
1.6 Please limit your dine-in time to a maximum of one hour to accommodate all guests.
1.7 Please adhere to the restaurant's dress code policy, if applicable, and follow any posted guidelines.
1.8 Customers should note that there is no expectation of privacy inside the restaurant as CCTV cameras are installed in the dining area for safety and security purposes.

2. Reservations and Cancellations
2.1 Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person. Reservation confirmations are subject to availability.
2.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees or restrictions on future bookings.

3. Dine-In Policy
3.1 Table availability is subject to seating capacity and reservation schedules.
3.2 Large groups may be required to provide a deposit, which is refundable if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance.
3.3 Guests are encouraged to notify staff of special occasions or accessibility needs in advance.
3.4 Please limit your dine-in time to one hour to ensure timely service for all guests.

4. Takeout and Online Sales
4.1 Orders for takeout and online sales must be placed through authorized platforms (our website or approved third-party providers).
4.2 Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after order confirmation.
4.3 Any discrepancies or issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for resolution, along with a valid receipt and food or proof for a refund request.

5. Catering Services
5.1 Catering orders require a minimum notice of 72 hours and are subject to availability.
5.2 A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon delivery or pickup.
5.3 Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Food Safety and Quality
6.1 We follow strict food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards.
6.2 Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of takeout or catered food to maintain safety and freshness.
6.3 Any food-related concerns should be brought to our attention within 24 hours, accompanied by a valid receipt and food or proof to process a refund or resolution.

7. Alcohol Policy
7.1 Alcoholic beverages will only be served to customers aged 21 or older with valid identification.
7.2 Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless expressly authorized by management.
7.3 Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to individuals appearing intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

8. Payment and Pricing
8.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities.
8.2 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment must be made in full at the end of your meal or at the time of online order confirmation.
8.3 Prices, promotions, and menu items are subject to change without notice.
8.4 Credit card or debit card transactions may be subject to processing fees, as disclosed at the time of payment.
8.5 Refunds for credit or debit card payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

9. Gift Cards and Promotions
9.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.
9.3 Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.

10. Liability
10.1 Sakura Japanese Restaurant is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on our premises.
10.2 Customers assume all risks associated with dining, including potential allergic reactions or foodborne illnesses.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakura Japanese Restaurant disclaims all liability for any damages or injuries incurred while on our premises.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
11.1 Refunds for unsatisfactory food or service are at the sole discretion of management and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
11.2 Orders placed online or via third-party delivery services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
11.3 Refunds for catering deposits follow the cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.
11.4 Refund requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt and, where applicable, the food or proof of the issue.

12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content, branding, and materials associated with Sakura Japanese Restaurant, including but not limited to the website and menu, are the intellectual property of Sakura Japanese Restaurant.
12.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Amendments
13.1 Sakura Japanese Restaurant reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.
13.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
